Privacy and data processing statement

1. BMWC realization team deals with processing of the sensitive data for the purpose of organization of BMWC.
2. Sending the requested information is deemed to be an agreement with the data processings according to the Art. 5 para. 2 of the Act No. 101/2002 Coll. on personal data protection. ("Law" for further referrence).
3. Information about magical practices, views, books on witchcraft are deemed to be sensitive data according to the Art. 4 para b) of the Law. You have to give us your explicit agreement with the processing of these data (by e-mail) which will be valid unless you wish otherwise and decide not to attend BMWC any more.
4. These snesitive data are required only to avoid misunderstandings or problems with potentialy dangerous, phanatic or dangerous people which would loose their time on BMWC anyway. We believe that in Czech circumstances is such a requirement fully eligible.
5. Personal and sensitive data are not shared with other persons and are held only by BMWC realization team.
6. According to the Art. 12 of the Law you may wish to ask BMWC realization team for giving you an information on the way how and for what purpose are the data processed.
7. According to the Art. 21 para 1 you may wish to erase your data. You may also contact the relevant national body which is dealing with the protection of personal data if you feel not treated correctly or endangered by wrong or not consensual way and purpose of data processing.
