If you haven’t been to any previous BMWC and want to go, fullfill the form on this page. You should include all information according to the structure of this page. If you have nothing to add to some part of the form, please, explain why. In your own concern, submit only full and true information. With submiting the form you are also giving the organisational team agreement to use your personal data for their own needs. That is why, before you start filling anything, read carefully the instructions about working up with your personal data. If you do not agree with the conditions of the instructions, do not send us anything.

We consider your form and we will send you an invitation with all important information. The organisers forprise the right to deny sending you the invitation without giving the reason. Please, fill carefully also the voluntary questions. Without that you are giving an impression that you do not care if you can come to BMWC or not. Your form can be denied when the organisation team sees you do not take it seriously.

If you are parents and want to take kids, dont fill another registration, but only write it as a message in nite field.
